When Mother Nature gives you record breaking rainfall and some brand new beachfront property... well you take advantage of it. At least my lawn is green now...The Madison, Wisconsin area was deluged with about 12 inches of rain over a period of three days or so in August 2007. Record setting rainfall. The "100 year rain", except this has happened 2 other times in the 8 years we have lived here.....
