Jimbo Meador. At Native Watercraft from nearly day one, Jimbo was one of the first fly fishing enthusiasts to figure out how to use a kayak to get into otherwise inaccessible areas of the flats along the Gulf Coast in pursuit of redfish. Based in Point Clear, Alabama, Jimbo's design ideas were at the base of the standing and poling design features that are built into the Ultimate series of kayaks. He also has a lifetime of fly fishing under his belt having worked for Orvis for many years as well as for several boat and skiff manufacturers.

Wendy Williamson. Wendy is a native of Hayward. Early on, she discovered a love of fly fishing that led her to Colorado where she mastered the fine art of casting a fly as well as guiding other fly fishers in drift boats. Ultimately though, the lure of her hometown brought her back to Hayward, Wisconsin where she and her husband Larry have "pioneered" the use of flies, fly rods, and drift boats to catch many of the freshwater species found in inland waters. She is on the water just about every day all summer long guiding fly fishers in her oar and arm powered drift boat. Wendy is half of Hayward Fly Fishing Company, one of only a handful of fly fishing specialty stores here in Wisconsin.

Larry Mann. Larry has a long history with fly fishing, having been one of Orvis' long time regional sales managers out in Colorado. Fly fishing and guiding have been in his blood for many years. He is half of Hayward Fly Fishing and spends most of his summer days in a drift boat as well, guiding fly fishers throughout the waters of the Chippewa Flowage in pursuit of muskies caught on a fly rod. The growing demand for his guiding service is a testament to his knowledge of the local waters and how muskies think.

John Reinders. John is making his mark at a top notch paddlesports shop in Madison, Wisconsin where he has been a long-time store manager. He and the rest of the staff must be doing something right as the store is one of the Top Ten Independent outdoor recreation shops in the country! John has spent years fishing out of kayaks and in particular has picked up some expertise on fishing the salmon and steelhead in the small rivers and streams flowing into Lake Michigan. We hope to get some footage of that this fall and next spring. Bass and bluegills in the lakes around Madison also know him quite well.
